1. Acceptance of Terms

By using CyberHub Ghana, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use CyberHub Ghana only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Submit false or misleading scam reports
• Use the platform to harass or harm others
• Attempt to access accounts that do not belong to you
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform

3. Scam Checker

The scam checker is based on community reports. CyberHub Ghana does not guarantee the accuracy of any report. We are not liable for any decisions made based on scam checker results. Always exercise your own judgement.

4. CV Builder

You own the content of your CV. CyberHub Ghana does not share your CV content with third parties. Premium templates require an active premium subscription.

5. Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at GHS 20. Payments are processed by Paystack. Refunds are handled on a case by case basis — contact us within 24 hours of payment if you have an issue.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on CyberHub Ghana including blog posts, CV templates, and design is owned by CyberHub Ghana. You may not copy or reproduce our content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

CyberHub Ghana is provided as-is. We are not liable for any losses arising from use of the platform. The scam checker is a community tool and not a guarantee of fraud detection.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
